Greccio Housing is seeking qualified contractors and sub-contractors for an upcoming exterior and structural rehabilitation at an existing multifamily building.

Please note that this work falls under the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a to a-7) and that the selected contractor shall supply the City of Colorado Springs Community Development Department with certified payroll documentation.
