Career Summary
Jerry F. Knauf is a Colorado real estate broker and the managing broker of Greccio Commercial. He was the advisor of The London Real Estate Group, an affiliate of the CCIM Network, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1983, Jerry has worked exclusively in the Colorado Springs area in office, industrial, and apartment investment properties.

In his thirty-six years of experience in commercial real estate, Jerry has been directly involved in the sale and lease of over three and a half million square feet of office and industrial property. Jerry has had sales and leasing volume totaling over $160 million. During his real estate career, Jerry has represented such corporate real estate users as Lockheed Martin Corp., Loral Corp., Ford Aerospace Corp., Maytag Aircraft Corp., Digital Equipment Co., Citibank, Phone Poulenc, U.S. West, and many others.
Organizations & Awards
In 2004, Jerry was named Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Realtors Commercial and Industrial Society (RCIS) of Colorado Springs. This award is based on overall sales and leasing volume as well as community involvement.
He was the top salesman in Colorado for Frederick Ross Co., in 1988, and received multiple awards for brokerage achievement, including the prestigious Birtcher Bronze Spike Award in 2001.
Jerry is active in the Economic Development Council and volunteers in assisting Economic Development Council prospects. Jerry is also currently active on the Greccio Board, The Realtors Commercial Industrial Society, Downtown Rotary Club, and serves on several other non-profit boards and commissions.

Jerry has also served on the board of Greccio Housing, Catholic Diocesan Finance Council, St. Mary's Church Finance Council, the Downtown Rotary Club, Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers, Realtors Commercial Industrial Society, as well as serving as Board President of the Cheyenne Village.
