Brian Baker serves as Sr. Director of Operations for Greccio Housing and Managing Broker for Greccio Commercial, overseeing operations, asset performance, and brokerage activity across the organization’s portfolio.
Since joining Greccio in 2023, Brian has focused on aligning operations, strengthening execution, and supporting consistent performance across a complex affordable housing portfolio. His approach is direct and results-driven, with an emphasis on accountability, clarity, and follow-through.
He obtained his real estate license in 2024 and trained under longtime broker Jerry Knauf before assuming the role of Managing Broker in 2026. He brings an operator’s perspective to brokerage—grounded in real-world asset performance and practical deal execution.
Brian has lived in Colorado since 2003 and in Colorado Springs since 2008, and has deep experience navigating the complexities of affordable housing, including LIHTC-regulated properties.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for Ithaka Housing, a Colorado Springs-based housing nonprofit, contributing to broader community housing initiatives.
Brian lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and family. His wife also has a background in housing, reflecting a shared commitment to the industry.
