Sunrise at Shiloh Mesa
Coming Summer 2026 - 50 Affordable Senior Apartments!
Greccio Housing, in collaboration with the Center for Strategic Ministry and Woodmen Valley Chapel, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Sunrise at Shiloh Mesa, a new affordable housing development for Colorado Springs seniors with low-incomes. Key to its success will be an array of joint support of its future residents.
This milestone is the result of a unique collaboration between the two organizations, made possible through a land donation from Center for Strategic Ministry, a service collaboration agreement with Woodmen Heights volunteers, and Greccio Housing’s experience in affordable housing development. Sunrise at Shiloh Mesa is Greccio’s 2nd senior housing development, following the successful launch of its Atrium at Austin Bluffs property in 2021. Our alignment represents a shared commitment to caring for our community, our seniors, and addressing local needs through partnership and shared purpose.
Sunrise at Shiloh Mesa is part of a master-planned and multi-purpose community in the fast-growing northeast corner of Woodmen and Marksheffel Roads. This is Greccio Housing’s fifth Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project in the last seven years, its second senior property, and its second collaboration with the faith-based community in response to the ongoing shortage of affordable housing in the Pikes Peak Region. Greccio currently owns and/or operates 29 properties and 844 affordable housing units throughout El Paso and Teller Counties.
