Many of Greccio's residents have lost their transportation to work with the reduction of the city's bus routes. Many of these residents could get to work if they had bicycles. If you have an unused bike lying around your house, please consider donating it to Greccio Housing. We will give it to a resident who needs reliable transportation to and from work. This kind and simple gift will save a job, a home, and possibly a future. Thank you!
Greccio Housing, along with its housing partners Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust and Partners in Housing recently opened a new 24 unit apartment property for Greccio's affordable housing program. Bentley Commons was built in 2006 and subsequently went into foreclosure. It was purchased with federal stimulus dollars. On November 15th, 2009, Greccio held a ribbon-cutting event that included the move-in of all the new residents. Please view the below news story regarding this wonderful event. Greccio Housing recently opened its 13th property, Citadel Arms Apartments. Citadel Arms has 21 units and is near Citadel Mall. Under an agreement with HUD, Greccio is offering 10 of the units to chronically homeless individuals. We are very excited about this new program, as it will help so many to find better lives off the streets. Please click here to see Greccio's property map.
Greccio Housing gives each of its new residents a laundry basket filled with household items. These items help new families build a home and show them how much we care. In the below photo, our Resident Enrichment Manager, Lee Willis, is putting together welcome baskets with the help of two Resident Council members.
We are always looking for donations of household items to provide with the baskets. If you can help, please call us.

Greccio Housing recently renovated its North Weber property to make the apartments more energy efficient for its low-income residents. Residents will now save an average of $40 per month because of these energy improvements. Thank you to our event sponsors!!

If you go to a Sky Sox home game this year, you can't help but notice Greccio's new outfield sign, as It is displayed prominently in left field. Many thanks to the Sky Sox for helping us to advertise in this unique way.
