All of Greccio’s residents undergo both credit and criminal background checks before they are allowed to sign a lease. On the criminal check we are particularly looking for felony convictions for sexual assault or violent crimes; applications from such persons are routinely denied.

Furthermore, there is a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities in Greccio facilities. Our buildings are small enough to foster a sense of community among the residents. If questionable activities occur, the other residents are usually the first to let us know because they have seen that we will deal with it quickly, effectively, and confidentially.

While there are no iron-clad guarantees in these times, many of our residents choose Greccio because they feel safe, and they know that we care.
