Rental Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to enter into a contract
• Must be of low income status as defined by HUD
• Have an “acceptable” Credit consumer report (case by case)
• Have an “acceptable” Criminal consumer report (case by case)
• Gross Income of 2.5 times the rent (Employment, SSI, SSDI, etc.)
• Verifiable rental history (Owe a previous landlord  no more than $500)
• Section 8 vouchers accepted
• In some cases a co-signer will be considered

How to Apply

• Fully complete the Rental Application (Print option below)
• Complete the Verification of Employment
• Complete  the Verification of Rental History
• Submit 3 most recent pay-stubs or SSI letter with application
• A copy of a Government Photo ID
• A non-refundable application processing fee of $25.00 (Money order only)
